Lovely Home - Large decks, private walkway to the beach
Listen to the waves in this spacious three bedroom, two bathroom beach house that sleeps 10. View of the gulf from both decks and the upper deck is a great secluded area to work on that tan. Lounge on the deck furniture and enjoy the balmy breezes and sounds of the sea. The private boardwalk to the beach is just a few feet away, a beach access road and trolley stop are just around the corner. Close to all of Port Aransas amenities. This home has a large fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to feed your family in style. A large dining room table seats eight and there is a breakfast bar that seats three. The deck table and chairs seat four to six. Computer with DSL, Happy Interneting! There is a VCR, DVD, and CD player in the living area with Satellite TV in the living room and bedrooms. All the bedrooms also have a VCR. There are two queen beds in one bedroom, and one queen bed in another bedroom downstairs.
Upstairs the 37 foot long bedroom with bathroom has four twin beds and one queen bed. Be sure to bring a basketball as there is a hoop on the front of the house. Plenty of covered parking, even for a small boat and an outdoor shower and hose to wash off the sand. Well behaved pets will be allowed with a $25.00 nonrefundable deposit.

High Season: May 17 – September 7th $325.00 a night
Mid Season: September 8th – October 31st & March 1st – May 16th $300.00
Low Season: November 1st – February 28th $275.00
