It sleeps up to 12 and is located in a beachside neighborhood with 2 private pools and a private beach boardwalk. Relax on one of three back decks overlooking the pond and the bay, or walk a block to beach access.
Our lovely beach house is for rent on a weekly basis all year round.
The master suite is located on the top floor and features a bath, walk-in closet, TV and private deck. The kitchen and living areas are adjacent to one another giving families plenty of room to watch TV, movies, socialize or relax on the second story deck. The couch has a hideabed. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath are also located on this floor. Full size washer and dryer in utility room, & Direct TV is offered. The bottom floor features the perfect area for others to get away. It has one bedroom, with a full/twin bunk bed and a small living area with a futon, TV and it's own deck. The third bath is located on this floor. You can walk out the back door to fish and sometimes even catch crabs in the backyard pond.
Port Aransas is known for great fishing, seafood, and bird watching. This is a non smoking, pet free home. Thank you for keeping our home a true paradise you can continue to enjoy for many years!
